In Buddha’s teaching, the lotus sutra explains about the four levels of mankind’s intelligence. One who has gained wisdom is considered a lotus above the water fide, ready to bloom when the sun shines, “Lotus in mind” chair conceals the philosophical meaning behind is gold gilded the expression to compliment the space with is arty impact.



Production & Technology

The chair is produced from the two alternative material choices of brass and aluminum while the manufacturing process was developed from the ancient local lost wax casting technology. The aluminum version has an application on its skin of gold leaf covering while the brass version a differentiated with patina coloring and coating with clear lacquer.
